Refund policy

Saheli Ethnic Indian Wear use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require physical address, preferably the address you will be at during the weekdays. We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. Please allow an extra 3-4 days for alterations where applicable. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Our delivery rates and times* are as follows:

New Zealand 2 - 4 working days NZ$ 8.50 - Free on orders above NZ$ 150
Australia 3 - 8 working days NZ$ 55 - Free on orders above NZ$ 650
Rest of World** 3 - 10 working days NZ$ 85 - Free on orders above NZ$ 650

*Delivery time is measured from the the date your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking information.

Rural delivery for all orders - Additional fee $6.99

North Island Delivery 3 - 8 working days
South Island Delivery 2-3 working days

Returns policy for purchases made from physical store

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds and exchanges for items bought from the physical store.

Online Returns Policy

Can I return my online order in-store?

  • Online orders can be returned if you update us at the same time you receive the parcel that the product is faulty or damaged or not as described.
  • Online orders can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded just because the customer changes their mind that they no longer want the product.
  • If the customer chooses the wrong size and color then the customer will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and they will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.

Will my refund include courier charges?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described or faulty.
  • If the customer chooses the wrong size and color then the customer will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and they will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.
