Saheli Ethnic Indian Wear use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require physical address, preferably the address you will be at during the weekdays. We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. Please allow an extra 3-4 days for alterations where applicable. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Returns policy for purchases made from physical store
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds and exchanges for items bought from the physical store.
Online Returns Policy
Can I return my online order in-store?
- Online orders can be returned if you update us at the same time you receive the parcel that the product is faulty or damaged or not as described.
- Online orders can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded just because the customer changes their mind that they no longer want the product.
- If the customer chooses the wrong size and color then the customer will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and they will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.

Will my refund include courier charges?
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described or faulty.
- If the customer chooses the wrong size and color then the customer will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and they will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.

Our beautiful garments and accessories have been specially hand crafted by artisans. They are very delicate and should be looked after with the special treatment and love they deserve. With wear some beading and embellishments can come off. This is a natural characteristic and not deemed to be a fault.
Please avoid rubbing against rough surfaces and be cautious wearing elaborate jewellery to avoid fabric pulling.
Dry clean only unless care instructions specify otherwise.
